I, like everyone else, have opinions on the matter. Surprise. This is a post for my pictures of the event. My thoughts on the matter can be found in my head.
It was amazing to see how many people attended the youth march on Friday 5th November. I assumed the streets would be filled with school kids only for the reason of it being a free day off. The streets were packed with kids and they all seamed there to raise awareness about climate change and to demand action. I only saw one kid that looked like he was using the event as an excuse to be free from the demands of his school life. The only other person I saw that looked liked they would rather be somewhere else was a man marching with the Scottish Labour Party. He looked like he’d rather be at the pub and would not have looked out of place at a Rangers Fans March.
The amount of police was ridiculous. It was nice to see the majority of the police that were riding motorcycles were riding the new Harley Davidson Livewire. An electric powered bike.
Kids were all holding hand made signs with words that made you laugh out loud. Then made you regret every earth polluting decision you’ve ever made when you realised that the text was actually a grave warning sprinkled with humour only to make it palatable enough for our mind to register the actual message.
The future right now isn’t looking great. I’ll be making some changes to help the situation.
Enjoy the photos.
